Institute Rules and Regulations
Note: The parents and the students are required to read the Prospectus carefully before signing the admission form. The responsibility of having read the rules and regulations shall be upon the parents and the students and they shall be bound by the same.
| All students should wear proper uniform with shoes. |
| Students shall communicate only in English language among themselves and with the faculty members. This is a conscious effort to improve the English communication skill of students. |
| Students shall keep themselves informed of the instructions issued to them from time to time orally or through notices/ circulars and emails. |
| Fee shall be received through cash or online payment. |
| Students are expected to contribute towards the academic/social/environmental initiatives that the Institute may undertake |
| Peer teaching and knowledge sharing among students should be the priority in accordance with the Albertian culture. |
| Participation in intercollegiate programmes, within the city or outside, is subject to permission of the Principal. |
| For outstation programmes including study tour, the students are required to submit a permission letter from their parents. |
| Students are required to keep safe custody of their valuables. They should maintain decency and decorum during cultural events, be it inside the campus or outside. |
| Every student shall have to attend classes and practical. They are not supposed to leave institute premises without the permission of the dean of the institute. |
| In case of illness permission has to be obedient from the dean of the institute to remain absent from studies. |
| It is compulsory for the student to take all weekly, monthly and spot tests/examinations. Students abstaining from these tests shall be severely dealt with. Make up tests/examinations are pre-requisite for them and can be taken on payment of Rs. 1,000/-per each test/examination. Exemption to a student from the tests/examinations is permitted only in case of hospitalization. |
| Laptops/ Computers are to be used within the campus for academic purposes only. |
| Any unhealthy relationship between students that might affect their academic performance, breach their personal space or affect the reputation of the institution will be strictly dealt with. |
| The students (girls/boys) are instructed to wear decent clothes in the institute. |
| All students should reach the classroom on time and shall not leave the class without the permission of the teacher. |
| If a student makes a false declaration or conceals any information in the Admission, his/her admission to the Institute shall stand cancelled without any notice as soon as the false declaration or concealed information is detected. The case may be handed over to the police. |
| The behaviour of the students, both within and outside the institute premises should be decent and befitting to a professional institution. |
| Students must park their vehicles only in the space allotted. |
| Students found guilty of ragging will be dismissed from the institute as per the Supreme Court ruling. |
| Students are prohibited to bring or use mobile phones within the campus. |
| This, being an eco–friendly campus, plastic or other trash should not be thrown inside the institute or in the premises. |
| Once the fee is deposited, it will not be refunded, transferred or adjusted in any other account. If a student leaves the course in mid-term, he/she will be liable to pay the balance of fee for the whole course. |
| The Institute campus is a no–smoking/ alcohol-free zone. |
| Students are not allowed to put posters or liter in the campus. |
| No visitors are allowed to meet students during the institute hours. |
| Pets are not allowed in the campus. |
| Political/ organizational activities are banned in the campus, save those official activities which are specifically permitted or sponsored by the institute authorities. |
| All expressions or activities which are immoral, antisocial, communal and anti-national are strictly prohibited in the Institute campus. |
| Dispute, if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of Court only |
