The content of this document adheres to the stipulations and conditions set forth in Section 65B(2) of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. These terms and conditions ("Terms") set forth the agreement between SGNI (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and any educational institute ("Institute") engaging in the services offered by SGNI. By utilizing SGNI's services, the Institute agrees to adhere to and be bound by the terms outlined herein.

YOUR AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE: By accessing or using the services provided by SGNI, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, SCO 4, B - Block, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab 143001 ("SGNI," "we," or "our"), you ("you" or "your") enter into an agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). This agreement encompasses your utilization of the services offered by SGNI through various mediums, including its website www.sgni.in ("Website"), Mobile APP, SMS, Whatsapp, or any other medium through which SGNI may provide services (collectively referred to as "Platforms"). By using any of the Platforms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Modifications to These Terms of Service: The Company reserves the right to periodically update or modify these Terms to accommodate alterations in provided services, changes in legal requirements, or other necessary reasons, as determined by the Company. The effective date of any revised Terms will be indicated in the "Last Revised" entry at the top of this document. By continuing to use the Website after the communication of any such changes, the User expresses their consent to the modified term(s).

Services Provided: SGNI operates as a platform that facilitates the connection between Institutes and potential students. The Company's primary function is to streamline the enrollment process for students into Institutes, charging a commission based on the hourly/weekly/monthly/yearly fees collected from the enrolled students.

  • • SGNI will provide online portal to Institute at SGNI website and its application.
  • • Institute will assign a specific person to "SGNI" for receiving calls from SGNI and to provide updates of the institute.
  • • Institute will provide space to display sign board of SGNI at its premises (size 1.5*1.5 feet).
  • • SGNI will provide all the backend support to Institute in terms of training, technical support.
  • • SGNI will provide Marketing support to Institute.
  • • SGNI will promote your Institute on various mediums including our portal, social media platforms and ads.
  • • SGNI will conduct seminars for creating awareness about Institute.

Commission Fees: The Institute acknowledges and agrees to the payment of a 20% commission fee to SGNI. This commission is calculated as a percentage of the total hourly/weekly/monthly/yearly fees collected from students enrolled through SGNI's platform. Any direct or indirect taxes imposed or to be imposed by the state or central government will be additional. The Institute is responsible for promptly update its fee structure on the SGNI portal in case of any changes. If the Institute fails to update before the admission booking, any resulting difference or loss will be borne solely by the Institute.

Payment Terms: The Institute undertakes to remit the commission fees to SGNI within next 48 hrs after receiving fee from student. Failure to meet this obligation may result in the temporary suspension of SGNI services until the outstanding fees are settled.

Refund Policy: SGNI explicitly disclaims responsibility for any refunds or disputes related to fees collected by the Institute. Refund policies and the resolution of disputes are the exclusive responsibility of the Institute. The Company shall not refund any commission fees in the event of a refund issued by the Institute to a student.

Termination of Services: Either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. SGNI, however, retains the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms by the Institute. Upon termination, any outstanding commission fees become immediately due and payable.

Confidentiality: Both parties mutually agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of their engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, student data, and commission structures.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Amritsar jurisdiction.

Amendments: SGNI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The Institute will be notified of any changes, and continued use of SGNI services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

By engaging with SGNI, the Institute acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these comprehensive Terms and Conditions.
